MY VALUES
The following values and perspectives have proven helpful for me. As a coach, they characterize me. Perhaps they also resonate with you?
“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our life. »
-Esther Perel
Helping you create valuable and high-quality relationships is my mission.

Look in the mirror and take responsibility!
Every transformation needs a courageous stance and acknowledgement that the current situation is unsatisfying. Then it's up to us to take responsibility and reflect on our own contribution to the current situation. Where do we need to take a closer look at ourselves? And what vision do we want to create for our future? Ultimately, it's up to us to act consistently, even if it's sometimes uncomfortable.
Together with me, we honor and bid farewell to the past, create your vision, and identify your opportunities for action.

What if we changed perspective -
Who knows what is good or bad?
Many situations that we perceive as negative can hold positive surprises. Sometimes we only recognize them later. Our criteria for evaluation of "good or bad" heavily depend on cultural, personal, or situational contexts. Therefore, I prefer to work with perspectives of "useful/energizing or not useful/energy-draining" in relation to what the client wants to achieve.

There's a body beneath the head - Long live intuition and embodiment!
We constantly try to understand, analyze, mentally rationalize. Our brain holds an important place in our world, and often we forget that our entire body is a source of information. In my work, I place special emphasis on the language and wisdom of the body. Prepare to be surprised!

Co-Creation rocks!
In my work, customer value is priority. Especially when it comes to working with larger teams and in complex contexts over a longer period, it's wise not to act alone. So let's be smart be smart and involve other colleagues and skills. With you as prime partner, we co-create what you need and find who meets your needs at best.
The joy of learning: let's stay curious like a child!
"I have no special talent. I am just passionately curious," Albert Einstein is quoted. By cultivating this curiosity and adding a good dose of humor, we nurture the essence of our learning potential on any topic and throughout life. By giving ourselves the right to learn and thus the right to make mistakes, we promote encounters based on a value that unites us all: our humanity.
