CO-ACTIVE COACHING

Andrea_Kuhn_interview

Co-Active Coaching aims at balancing the two poles of human existence:

  • on one side, the contemplative and quiet being-pole ("Co-"),

  • and on the other side, the dynamic and goal oriented action-pole ("Active").

We constantly oscillate between these two poles. Co-Active Coaching is thus a holistic coaching approach, applicable in both personal and professional domains. As it aims to develop the entire human nature, it works with both our mind and body, integrating also our spirit and soul. It focuses on your well-being and the present moment: What is possible for you NOW, what resonates NOW?

New options through confidential and authentic coaching

As a qualified Co-active coach, I assume that my clients are naturally creative and resourceful. If you come to see me for coaching, it's not because there is something to "fix"... you are not "broken". You simply need support at a pivotal moment in your life, you are looking for change or to find balance. And that's normal!

Our relationship based on trust will help you find alignment for yourself and integrate it into your life.

My role as a coach is to create a confidential space with you, in which you can connect with yourself and address your questions. I ask questions, I listen and I share what I perceive about you - what you say, how you say it, what your body is expressing in that moment... all this information becomes the fuel for your transformation. As this process will sometimes take place outside of your comfort zone, it will require courage and willpower to "walk through the mud."

Looking forward to accompanying you on your journey

Important note

Co-active coaching is neither psychotherapy nor consultancy. We start from your current state and focus on the future as only you imagine it. The success of our collaboration will largely depend on your commitment and openness during coaching. I reserve the right to direct you towards other forms of support when I feel it is necessary, or to end our collaboration if it proves ineffective or inappropriate.

Deontology and Ethics

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), my work is governed by its code of ethics.https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics

For certification reasons, some sessions may be recorded. Obviously, recording will only take place after prior agreement with the coachee.
